ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi has doubted the decision of COTU Secretary General Francis Atwoli endorsement of Raila Odinga for 2022 Presidency saying Atwoli should be supporting Gideon Moi, not Odinga.
In a radio interview, Mudavadi argues that since Atwoli is a life member and a loyal supporter of KANU, he should support his party leader Gideon Moi for 2022 Presidency instead of Raila Odinga
“Atwoli ni life member wa KANU. Gideon Moi ametangaza pia anataka kuwania kiti cha rais lakini Atwoli amesema anataka kumuunga mkono Raila(Atwoli us a life member of KANU. Gideon Moi has shown interest in 2022 Presidency but Atwoli has said he will support Raila Odinga).” Said Mudavadi.
Mudavadi further urged Murathe to confirm if his initial statement on endorsement of Raila was a Jubilee party decision or his individual one.
